I met Cynthia McFadden the ABC News’ famed journalist.

New York City is the capitol of the world the head quarters of the world. NYC also is the headquarters of the News industry and the publishing industry. Those two industries I am trying to reach. The idea of having my manuscript with me while driving the cab crossed my mind number of times yet postponed it. A postponement I came to regret after coincidently picking up Mike Woods of FOX 5 News. I did not have any materials to show or give him. After this, I always carried with me a printed early copy of my manuscript, with a cover letter addressed to prospective passengers who are working in either publishing or News reporting. I also started to carry few of my complete manuscript on a CD. Hoping that the lighting will strike again and I‘ll meet another newsperson to present for and hand my materials to.

On the evening of septemper 5th 2006 I was driving my cab in the west side of Manhattan. It was raining heavily. As I was looking for passengers, a lady with big dark glasses and a partially covered hair hailed me. I stopped for her. Since she got in the cab from the vicinity of ABC News, immediately after she told me her destination, I asked; do your job has anything to do with reporting the news? Yes, she answered. It was a one word conclusive answer loaded with a dash of how dare you don’t know me? I looked in the rear view mirror trying to see if I can identify her and she was Cynthia McFadden the famed ABC News’ national journalist. Yes, lighting can strike twice and this time it struck much brighter. Her destination was close there was no time to digest the “shock” of having her in my cab. She was in the phone constantly giving instructions to various recipients, as if she was still in her office. She seemed and sounded like a person with a lot of responsibilities and authority. I started presenting my design concept for Lower Manhattan for her using the drawing in my printed manuscript every time we stopped at a red light. It seemed like I was able to catch her attention she started to come closer to the cab’s partition window. I told her that the rebuilding process of lower Manhattan is corrupted. As we were ready to reach our destination she said give me this (the printed book) and I have a very good investigator to look at it. Instead, I handed her my manuscript on a CD that was a more advanced version of the printed manuscript. I regretted doing this; I should have given her both the printed copy and the CD. As we arrived, I ended by reminding her of how very successful she is in the new format of “Night Line”. She nodded proudly.

Almost a year later I picked up Eyewitness News’ Scott Clark, I showed him my manuscript and with out him asking I hand-delivered a printed copy of my manuscript to his office in ABC's Eyewitness News.
here are some excerpts from the letter i hand-delvered to her on septemper 6 , 2006

During a stop in a red light I presented to you the cover page of my book that highlights one of my schemes to expand Lower Manhattan. You answered “give me this (the book) and I will hand it to a very good investigative reporter to look at it. I suggested that you take a CD that has a lot more information than the book. I was surprised while you were multitasking and talking on the phone in the backseat of the car you asked the most important question reading the entire topic “Is it doable?” You asked , I answered “certainly is, I would still be in school if it was not”. I can elaborate more to tell you that both Lower Manhattan and Governors Island have long history of land-fill started in the 1600s and going on until present time. Diagrams highlighting this land-fill history are included in the CD I handed to you yesterday.
If you decided to examine the national rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan, you will realize that you will need help from someone with architecture background. The good news is you got the help you need already in the CD that I gave you . It includes tens of objectively critical essays regarding the current rebuilding process . It also includes a national rebuilding approach that easily supersedes the current rebuilding approach.
Both the letter and the CD I handed you are enclosed one more time here.
Thank you for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Ramez A. George

My letter to ABC Eyewitness News’s Scott Clark

September 28, 2007
Attention Scott Clark
Eyewitness News

Mr. Clark

I drove you home Wednesday night,9-26-2007. When I handed my book to you, I was impressed when you read it in the back seat of the cab despite the dark. I knew with certitude that you deserve to be the reputable journalist that you are when you started to ask intelligent questions regarding the indirect-expansion scheme. You asked about the proposed signature bridges to connect the expansion with Lower Manhattan. As I promised you, I assembled a printed book for you.

You can share this printed copy with any of your friends at Eyewitness news or ABC News. I am available to explain the entire book or any portion of it. I will be more than glade to supply any additional materials or answer any of your questions. When you are done with the book please contact me to come and pick it up.

I consider myself lucky to have met and spoke with you. Thank you for your time and considerations.

Lies In New York , my letter to Oprah

Lies In New York
October 17, 2006
Ms.: Oprah Winfrey
Dear: Oprah

Re: Truth in America broadcast aired on October 12 , 2006

I always respected the American media, its independence, its honesty and its entrepreneurism. The media in New York took the reporting of the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan as a national task. It certainly is. The reporters often seemed proud to report the rebuilding news. Reporting this news, the media always seemed to report inaccuracies and promote a very personal project as a national project. The media was honestly reporting what they were called to report the problem lies in the content of the materials that they were called to report. This time the media’s reliable sources weren’t all that reliable.
“The Media played along” (using your terminology) misleading the public offering inferior corrupted architecture as a national one. This time wasn’t about politics just serving the purpose of a couple guys. In fact your show was used to legitimize the corrupted process of rebuilding lower Manhattan when you allowed the architects to appear on your show promoting their designs.

I was admitted to the Master of Architecture program at SUNY, Buffalo in 1998 and graduated in the year 2000. My M-Arch’s thesis proposed expanding Lower Manhattan. This expansion is to be done by infilling Lower Manhattan’s encompassing waters incorporating the near by Governors Island. My thesis outlined few expansion schemes and conceptually devised transportation plans expanding Subways and vehicular transportation to serve and connect the new expansion. I see the rebuilding of the new World Trade Center and constructing a significant memorial in the context of this complete national rebuilding process. My project wasn’t sponsored by the government, yet it is a far superior and a far national by comparison to the current project that squandered the government resources. My project was authenticated by more than three design professors and one faculty member. I was never heard despite trying for thousands of times over a number of years.

In New York’s rebuilding-process, corrupted is the new honorable.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

My letter to FOX 5 News’s Mike Woods

I hand delivered it with my Book on CD toFOX5 News’s Messenger center,

Please Save New York
October 13, 2006
Mike Woods
FOX 5 News
Dear Mr.: Woods

There are millions of residents in New York, there are twelve thousand cabs in New York one of which is driven by a driver who holds a Master of Architecture degree from a reputable American school. This driver wrote his Master of Architecture thesis regarding Lower Manhattan. This driver was putting the final touches in a book he just wrote regarding the rebuilding of Lower Manhattan and looking persistently for a reputable news cast to report his story. What are the chances that this driver has a member of a reputable newscast as one of his passengers? I am this driver and it was 3:00 or 4:00 a.m. a couple months ago when I was driving a cab and picked you up from around 13th street and drove you to FOX 5 News.

I usually give my passengers a balanced short presentation about both my idea for Lower Manhattan as it was rendered on my M-Arch thesis and how corrupted the current rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan is. I spoke with you almost exclusively about how corrupted the rebuilding process of Lower Manhattan is. You didn’t seem very enthusiastic to hear it, however you acted academically and wrote me two phone numbers and a name to report my story to FOX5 News. An enlarged copy of what you wrote is enclosed.

The fact that you seemed irritated just because someone asserted that the rebuilding process is corrupted -in a way- tells that you are a good American. However you are likely to be disgusted when you read the vivid details of the corruption highlighted on the accompanied CD. This time I will not be the subject of disgust.

You may wonder what a Master of Architecture holder does, driving a New York City cab, I will answer you this is the price of telling the truth. The cruelty of the demotion from an architect to a cab driver corresponds with how brutally honest and exposing the truth I am trying to convey to FOX5 News, is.

Thank you for your time and consideration.
